This privacy policy (hereinafter "Policy") governs the manner in which we, PT Verse Digital Indonesia and/or our related affiliates ("Volare Group" or "We") collect and process your data in our Services (as defined below). We are highly committed to the protection of your Personal Data (as defined below). We are responsible for upholding the principles of data stewardship with utmost integrity, so the security of Your Personal Data is our top priority. This Policy applies to all users of the Service who access through the website, mobile application, and any other platform that We manage (together called "Platform") including any party that collaborates with Us, unless set out in a separate privacy policy.

We develop WonderVerse Indonesia which is an open world gaming platform which allows the players to discover Indonesia in a whole new virtual world. This platform is brought to you by the collaboration of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (MOTCE) and PT Verse Digital Indonesia at no cost and is intended for use as it is. Our Services include but are not limited to (hereinafter referred to as "Service").

By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have agreed to and are bound by the terms contained in this Policy. The Personal Data that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. Therefore, We expect You to read this Policy to ensure that You understand how We handle Your Personal Data.

Definition
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at WonderVerse Indonesia otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
"Personal Data" means data about an identified or identifiable natural person individually or in combination with other Information either directly or indirectly.
"Information" means information, statements, ideas, and signs containing values, meanings, and messages, both data, facts, and explanations that can be seen, heard, and read presented in various packages and formats in accordance with the development of information and communication technology electronically or non-electronically.
"Applicable Laws" means all laws, regulations, rules, regulatory policies, ordinances, authorizations, permits or requirements of any court, administrative body, authority, or regulatory body, in effect from time to time.

For a better experience, while using and accessing our service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including your email, personal information such as phone number, citizenship ID, date of birth, etc. (if you book flight ticket(s) through Garuda Indonesia’s booking engine in WonderVerse Indonesia). The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Your Personal Data that We collect, We may use it for the following purposes or other purposes permitted by Applicable Laws ("Purposes"):

1. providing our Services and/or Products
2. for the use of features contained in our Services
3. register you as a user on our Platform, and also to administer and/or manage your account
4. inform you of activities that occur on our Platform or other platforms/systems connected to our Platform
5. interact directly with you and notify you of any updates or changes to the Service
6. perform maintenance of improvements, troubleshooting, development and personalization/customization of the Service to meet your needs and preferences
7. offer or provide services from Our affiliates or partners (if applicable)
8. develop new services
9. provide to our affiliates and/or third parties that work with us (in this case, vendors, agents, suppliers, contractors, consultants, partners, and other parties that provide services to us or you) that are technically necessary to process your transactions or the purpose of our cooperation with these third parties (depending on the circumstances)
10. to provide assistance or resolve complaints in connection with operational problems that occur with the Service
11. comply with all obligations under Applicable Laws, including but not limited to responding to regulatory requests, investigations, or directives and/or members of any government

This includes detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, security risks, criminal acts, or misuse of our Services, technical issues that may harm Volare Group, our users, or the public, as well as to ensure the security of our IT systems and networks
13. any other purposes that We notify you of, and/or where required by Applicable Law, as We shall obtain your consent.

Your Personal Data will be retained for the period necessary to achieve the Purpose and/or a minimum of 5 (five) years, whichever is the longest.

Your Rights In connection with the processing of Your Personal Data through Our Platform, You have the right to:

1. update and/or correct errors and/or inaccuracies in Your Personal Data recorded on the Platform.
2. withdraw Your consent to process Your Personal Data on the Platform.
3. delete and/or destroy Your Personal Data.

by giving us a written notice addressed to help@wonderverseindonesia.com. In connection with your request to withdraw your consent, you understand and acknowledge that after your request is submitted to us, you may no longer be able to use the Service. Withdrawal of your consent may result in the termination of your account or your contractual relationship with us, with all rights and obligations arising fully subject to fulfillment. Upon receiving notice to withdraw consent for the processing of your Personal Data, We will inform you of the possible consequences of such withdrawal so that you can decide whether you still wish to withdraw such consent.

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the casea case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
